Terms of Service

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 100% deposit charge. If we are unable to fulfill your booking, you will receive a full refund.

Weather Policy: If severe weather (heavy rain, snowstorm, hurricane, etc.) prevents your event, you may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 3 hours before the start time. If you choose to reschedule, your deposit will be applied to the new date.

Terms & Conditions: By booking, you agree to pay for the selected package. If the final guest count exceeds your package limit, additional per-guest charges may apply. Please ensure your event address is accurate, as incorrect addresses may incur additional travel fees.

Travel Fee Policy: Packages include complimentary travel within a set mileage radius. Mileage beyond the free limit is charged at the standard per-mile rate shown in your quote at the time of booking. Remote or special-access locations may incur additional fees.
